It seems that no one can escape the current economic crisis we’re going through, everyone is affected in some way. Some more than others. Some supplement manufacturers have seen opportunities here, and have began releasing cheaper protein powders onto the market. I am used to spending over $42 on a good tub of whey protein, but now you can pick up good powders for as little as $30.
Do you need to take casein protein before bed? I see this question constantly coming up on forums around the web. So I’m going to give Protein Supplement Guide readers my take on the question!
We seem to be getting busier every day. Work, school, kids, sports, socializing, training, etc. Unfortunately the first element of our life that tends to suffer is diet. Food is becoming more about convenience than quality. Fast food restaurants are booming!
I received an email yesterday from a young bodybuilder who said no matter what he does, he cannot stomach casein protein. Doesn’t matter what brand, it tastes disgusting, doesn’t mix properly and leaves a really bad after taste.
