You may want to start reading from some different reliable sources (I would recommend published scientific journals). 

Words of advice: 1.)Really look into the so called healthfulness of soy and see if you still want to consume it. 

2.)Learn to spell. 

3.)Realize that protein powder is not medicine or a cure for any disease. 

4.)&quot;100% pure and 95% digestible&quot;...so what happens to the other 5%?
