		<description>I appreciate you helping the newbies with this item but would like to clarify a couple of points.  

1.  There are studies that show a difference between the absorption ability of some isolates over concentrate.  

2.  concentrate doesn&#039;t filter out the lactose, fat, and carbs as well as the isolates, which can cause a serious bloating effect.  For those of you that have taken the multiple &quot;mass builder&quot; scoops like I did when I was 5 9&#039; and 135 lbs (65kg), you know what I&#039;m talking about.  Think of it this way, if you see the milk having chunks, it&#039;s more likely junk.  KEY POINT: you don&#039;t want to eat fat after a workout - it is slower to digest and doesn&#039;t allow the protein into your muscles (which is what you want, right?)

3.  There is more than just protein in the powder people are buying.  You have microfractions in the isolate that are not destroyed by the processing methods in specific wheys.  However, if high heat is used (cheaper process), many of the isolates are just as described here, aminos with less calories, fat, lactose, extra &quot;junk&quot; and carbs.  

simply put, the author is correct in many points and I like the post.  But there are differences and I recommend you to do more research as I didn&#039;t when I was a beginner to get the results without farting all day and feeling like crap.</description>
