Hi there, I am 35 (a bit on the old side now) but have finally become serious about getting into peak shape. I know very little about what types of foods benefit the building and performance of the body, but so far what I have read on your website is extremely helpful. Hi, i am 24 yrs old, currently my weight is 60kg. My Dr’s has adviced me to take Whey protein while i work out. Can u please recommend me in what quantity should i consume whey protein, how many times and when to consume it in a day, and at what rate should i increase its quanity. Also update me which brand is best to use.
